My name is Olesia Bykova.

I am a self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented individual with a high level of organizational competence, leadership, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

I am an Engineer & Expert in metrology and quality systems & Affilate member of Chartered Quality Institute (CQI)  & Technical expert of RusAccreditation.

I work with both manufacturing and service companies managing products from the R&D stage to shipment to the customer as well as guiding companies through external audits, certification and accreditation in accordance with different international standards such as ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 9001, AS/EN 9110, Good Laboratory and Manufacturing Practices (GLP and GMP).

I'm so excited to blend my engineering knowledge, business skills and teaching experience to offer practical, sustainable solutions that leverage both customers and regulatory requirements but drive organizational success in dynamic and competitive markets.

With over 20 years of experience in management and production, I absolutely love building systems and growing businesses. I absolutely love driving purpose-driven projects that lead to positive corporate, human, environmental, and social impact.

I absolutely love the world of management systems and specialize in the exciting bridge between R&D and production.
